MotoBLUR phone password?

For an hour and a half I've been looking for the answer to this question. I'm quite frustrated at this point. I know my motoBLUR ACCOUNT password and email, but I do not know the PHONE password. How do I reset the PHONE password from my PC so I can unlock my phone?
