I assume you mean bluetooth headset, right? Anyway, connected and paired are two different things.
Now, to answer your question:
Most bluetooth device can be "Paired" with 10 different products, but they can only be "connected" to one at a time. So, if your hubby would like to use your headset, then he'd have to pair it first, then connect it to the ps3.

Can my h12 work for my husbands PS3 while it is still connected to my cell phone?? It isn't turned on, but it is connected. I was wondering if it can only be connected to one device at a time....
