Motorbike or Scooter? Which is better for inner city travel for a 5 foot nothing...

...girl? I'm living in Korea, and I want to purchase either 50cc or 125cc. What brand would be good for a shortie like me, that wouldn't be too complicated to drive? I'm leaning towards scooter, since it's easier to operate than manual motorbikes. I've driven stick shift, but I'm sure this is a little too complicated for that. I also would like to know if there's a place nearby, motorcycle hogwon, that I could get lessons from. I live in Uijeongbu (satellite city) n the Gyeonggi-do province.

well I dont like scooters because I think thery stupid. Get a motorbike they look better but harder to drive
