Motorola 3VAtransfer pictures from phone to computer?

i have tryed and trye dto transfer pictures from phone to computer and it will not to do, i have did teh usb cord, tryed blue tooth (no device found) and i tryed emailing it nothing worked !
what am i doing wrong?
