Motorola Phone Tools won't recognize my Razr2 so how can I get music on it?!?

I have a Razr2 from Verzion.
I got Motorola Phone Tools with the micro USB cable.
Motorola Phone Tools won't recognize the Razr2 even though it's updated the phone list.
What can I do now?!
