Motorola Razr V3 cell?????

I just signed my new 2 yr contract w/cingular (well at&t now( today and got a new phone a Razr V3. Is this phone good or should I go back before 30 days and trade it in for another one? I can't spend over $80 on a phone right now. Please tell me if you have a Razr if you like it and what the cool options are on it??

I like mine. although every once in a while the screen just goes black and it takes about 30 seconds to come back. I got mine because my other phone was defective so I think this one is refurbished and that could be the reason it is a bit messed up.
