I'm trying to download ring tones for my RAZR V3 cell phone, and when I try to connect to the browser it says 'GRPS Network unavailable, attempt direct data call'? I click yes, and after about 5 minutes, it says it can't connect, could anyone tell me what I can do to have it work? My router is a Motorola also, if that has anything to do with it.
