Motorola V170 Tracfone~ How do I switch minutes form one ot the other?

Okay, I was texting somebody the other night, and my phone's screen went white. I tried everything, pushed all of the buttons, but nothing worked. I had no choice but to take the battery out. Ever since then, none of the buttons work. My mom got another one, thinking that you could just switch the SIM cards and everything would be okay, but it is not! I had 120 mins on the broken phone, and I want to know if anybody knows of a way to get those 120 minutes onto this other phone.( both are EXACTLY the same thing, excluding the SIM numbers and junk)
Thanks but that is no help to me because I am not wanting a cell phone, i just wanna transfer some minutes!
 
tracfones are crap... go pick up a AT&T
t-mobile or verizon, stay away from virgin that's sprint's pre-paid i had virgin mobile dropped my calls alot
i bought AT&T pre-paid i love it you can download
