motorola v3 ???????????????????

i have got a motorola v3 it seems to be open on all nets because inthe background you can see screen saver with the logo to whatever sim i place in the phone but it asks me for a subsidy password but it will not let me key anything in could someone tell me 1st what it is asking for + is the keypad broke is this why it wont let me key anything in ????? thanks

that phone locked to carrier
it should say carrier name on the phone
you need to unlock that phone to use it for different sim card if ur key board is not working means it could water damaged or something else,
you should go to cellphone store see if they can help you.

Your Motorola V3 phone enter "subsidy password" means that your phone is locked to particular Network.You can get it from your Network service provider or any third party online vendors like Unlock-Zone.com here you need to specify your country, Network name to which it is locked, IMEI number of your phone. Then they deliver subsidy password to you through mail with unlocking instructions. Using this you can unlock your phone from Network lock easily.
If ur key board is not working means it could be damaged or something else,you should go to cellphone store see if they can help you.
