Motorola v3x razr?

I need rough instructions on how to change the faceplate etc. of the phone.
I bought a new faceplate off ebay and it doesnt come with instructions..

plz help??

if that's the newer razr, i dont know if they come off, i think you can only put a new face plate on top of it.

or you may have ordered one made for an older model, and if so i'm sorry.
