Motorola v9m bluetooth OBEX file transfer.?

According to a guy named Mark Ventrue, when you transfer files to your phone there are multiple folders......How can I get these multiple folders? I don't see anything but my phone to upload files to. I need access to these folders using OBEX. How can I do this?
