Motorola z8 - how to copy all phone contacts to sim?

Hi, i sat on my motorola z8 and cracked the screen , now i cant see anything - the problem is all my contacts are saved to the phone not the sim. Can someone please tell me the key sequence to copy all my contacts from the phone memory to the sim please.
