1 or second better?
i dont plan on doing crazy jumps or anything. i plan on riding it on trails and do some mountain biking with friends but nothing crazy.. what do you guys think?
craiglist? really better than getting a new bike?

The obvious choice is C) None of the above. GOOD full suspension bikes start in the thousands of dollars - not hundreds. Another point - Nowhere on the Diamondback website is there a "Topanga" listed - meaning it's a second line of bikes made especially with low price & low quality in line for discount & big box stores.

The Diamondback Recoil Comp on the link below is about $1,100.

If not doing any "crazy jumps" go for a good hardtail mountain bike, as on the 2nd link below. About $500 or a little less on Amazon.com.

Edit: YES! Craigslist! A quality used bicycle from craigslist beats a new POS from a big box store.
