Mozilla Adobe Plug-In KEEPS CRASHING?! help....?

im tryin to play miniplanet on Bebo, and it just keeps on crashing. every 3-4 mins... Ive done EVERYTHING suggested on the mozilla help page including making sure the plug in is up to date, and disabling the delay thingy (where you change the timeout to -1) and there's nothing left i can do and its really p@*?%! me off...
