I click on the mp3 player drive (D) and it says "the disk in drive d is not formatted". It shows it as only having a 1MB capacity when it's a 4GB mp3 player. I don't understand what's wrong with it. I tried turning it off and on again and disconnecting it from the usb drive, but nothing works. Any ideas?I tried to format it, now it says that the drive is only has 1MB of total capacity instead of 4GB.</blockquote>
