I just got a new mp3 player and I loaded one album onto it and it worked okay, but when I tried to go back and add a second, it wouldn't let me access the drive on my laptop. I click on the mp3 player drive (D) and it says "the disk in drive d is not formatted". It shows it as only having a 1MB capacity when it's a 4GB mp3 player. I don't understand what's wrong with it. I tried turning it off and on again and disconnecting it from the usb drive, but nothing works. Any ideas? I tried to format it, now it says that the drive is only has 1MB of total capacity instead of 4GB.
