R RaymondC1 New member Jun 20, 2010 #1 i bought a 2nd hand laptop a while ago and when i downloaded msn, it wont let me do a normal webcam, it will only let me do a vidio call, and when my mates try to go on cam to me it decilnes it automaticly why is this ?
