My 04 Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD Auto won't start?

My Grand Voyager just won't turn over. I thought it was the battery so I bought a new battery and it started ok for a couple of weeks. Now it has come back and sometimes it just won't attempt to turn over, like the immobiliser has kicked in, all the lights etc work perfectly. I have tried the obvious things like locking and unlocking, but it just won't start!

Any help is very welcome!
