My 1980 Chevy c10 truck is running hot?

, already changed the thermostat, water pump and got a new radiator. It still says it is hot.

Couple other things hook up a aftermarket gauge to see if it is really getting hot or if the factory gauge is wrong.Two did you put a new radiator cap on and grab the fan and see how much play the fan clutch has in it,if it is sloppy then get a new one.You do have the fan shroud on also dont you?

It could be your sending unit or gauge. Does it get so hot it steams?

tuned up?
that have a carb or FI
cat converter? if so its 30 yrs old
timing ok
hoses good,,i see some go flat under pressure stopping flow

sez its hot?? but is it overheating..may b gage bad/sending unit
