My 1996 ford ranger 2.3L has no heat?

Today, I flushed my heater core, flush my radiator until I saw clear water and still no heat. I also have replaced the thermostat, the blend door actuator, and got a new radiator cap. I also got a new heater control valve. And there is still no heat. What could it be?
