My 1996 Toyota Corolla dx cranks but won't start. Keeps bl owing the 30A fuse...

...when you turn the key!? Got tip it might be the coil there was oil in distributor got that all changed. Fuse still blows as soon as you turn the ignition. Got car from son. The car had a complete top engine job. Ran fine. daughter was driving down the road and it just died. It would crank but not start. The 30A fuse was blown so replaced it so on and so forth.
