my 1999 ford expedition wont start?

This morning I tried to start my car the lights windows work so I don't think its the Battery .When I Turn the key it sounds like it wants to start but doesn't .I really don't know munch about cars.
please give me good answers this is no joke Also I DONT THINK ITS THE BATTERY .COULD IT BE THE STARTER.
 
try a "jumpstart" with a neighbor or boyfriend..........if it starts, I would drive immediately to Walmart and buy a new battery (it'll be about $60.00 and comes with an 8 year warranty).....
