I put up fliers everywhere in my apartment complex letting people know he was missing. No one has heard him meow. He has been in there for 2 days so far and hasn't come out yet. I am worried, what do I do?

Call Animal Control immediately! They will send out a rescue team who is trained to get animals out of walls. You need to call immediately because kittens cannot live long in the walls! What have you been waiting for? He is most likely stuck in the wall and cannot get out of his own. CALL NOW!!!!!!!

are you sure hes in the walls? If he is, he got in he can get out and he will when hes hungry enough, maybe someone found him and hasnt seen the flyers? I really dont want to scare you, but i hope there is nothing in the walls like rat poison? thats how my last cat died. put some wet cat food by the area where he went in and watch for him. Maybe there is a way for him to get outside after he got in the walls, if so, put up fliers around your neighborhood, cats can take care of themselves, even at 5 months old, so if he did get outside im sure hes fine, and many cats come back home if they get outside.... GOOD LUCK!

If he were stuck in the wall and unable to get out, he would be meowing like crazy

I'm not sure how or why it's in the walls but do you know where it when in at?? Put food an the openings, food & water, at least in your place. Ask others if you give them food maybe they'll do the same? Just make sure other people like cats.

He could be stuck or just scared. Call the apt. manager and tell him what's going on ASAP! You should've done that within a day. I hope and pray your kitty is ok! It might've come up when you haven't noticed and retreated back in when people are around. A friend of mine's cat did that for a few days but somehow they miraculously got her when she came out the one day!

Good luck!

Poor thing! How big is your building? I hope wherever he is, he found a source of water... :-/

Try putting catnip or tuna fish near the opening in the wall. Any self-respecting cat will be able to smell it and will want to find it.

Pray and call the fire department or something they will Help Good luck !!!

I'll pray 4 your lil Angel !!! He'll be Fine..........='(

I'm sorry but I don't think anyone in cyberspace can really do much for your situation.

Are you positive that he's in there?

Two days is quite a long time. I hope you find him and that he's OK.

Well if you personally know any firefighters you might contact one of them and see if their department has one of those camera's that can see heat flucuations ( they use them in fires to locate people ) I don't know if it would work but you might be able to see the heat of the cat behind the wall. Do not call 911 for this ( they won't do it for that reason and it will piss them off )
You might try calling your local humane society and/or anial control to see if they have any ideas...Or a rescue team
Also leave out smelly food like TUNA or other strong fish smelly stuff he/she might come out for that
I hope they don't put rat poison or anything inside your walls
Good luck, hope kitty comes out ok
Cats can't survive long w/o food... especially a kitten, why did you wait 2 days?

put some food where he crawled into.

How big are the holes in the apt???..they need to be fixed.

Your kitten may of crawled out by now, and is hiding somewhere becasue he is scared
