My 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee is leaking coolant?

My 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee is losing coolant but only after I drive it enough to heat up. I noticed a small leak in what seems to be some sort of connector between the radiator and the hose on the drivers side but I dont think thats the only place. It only leaks after a bit of driving and I cant seem to find the source. Someone told me this is a water pump problem. Any ideas?
