My room is at about 25C yet when checking BIOS the processor is about 40C as soon as I turn on the computer. I applied Arctic Silver 5 a few times to see if the application made a difference (it didn't). The fan runs very loud and fast too. All I know is the cpu shouldn't be running this hot when in idle, let alone when just starting up. Any tips?
