Here is the problem...before, my speed was like 700 kB/s...but since i was downloading a game that time, this time I am downloading a movie with the same settings and my speed is like 0.0kB/s all the time...i did ever single solution on the internet in order to speed up my torrent and none of them helped...can someone please help me!?!?!?!?!
