My bittorrent speed is very slow?

Before a week i used to get 170 to 180 KBps in average in all downloads in bittorent during unlimited time itself. But now i get only 50 KBps in all torrents in unlimited time( from 2 to 8) . After that i get the usual speed like 170KBps. My isp throttling my speed i know it but how to prevent it?

can you please tell steps how to speed up bittorrent downloads. I have my bittorrent port forwarded, TCP/IP optimizer used(got good results too) but i still cannot achieve my past 170 KBps. My internet connection is 2 MBps. So i should get atleast 230KBps.
My isp is BSNL.
 
There are ways to circumvent throttling sometimes. Go to your bittorrent site and read some of the forum discussions about this. There are always links and tips on how to overcome this problem.
