My Blackberry 8100 has a problem with the USB I think. Can anyone help?

When the USB is inserted, this message pops up on the phone:

Usb charging current is not sufficient. Verify that your handheld is connected to a powered USB charging source and that the proper USB driver is installed.

and I can't access the drive from My Computer. can anyone help me?
