My BlackBerry Apps Are all Gone!!?

I Deleted a folder in the menu and suddenly the Icons were all gone.... I tried pressing the Options Shortcut but would not go there.... I tried doing everything i could search in the internet but nothing helps... What should I do... Plss Help...
