I'm guessing the battery is drained because my mom used it and left it on without charging it.
after I plugged it in i saw a white screen with a battery and a lightning bolt. I took it out , not knowing that it wouldn't react again.
I tried leavin the battery out overnight and put it back in but nothing has happened..
someone help me
