So I just got sent my replacement Blackberry as my old one got stolen, and I'm having some problems with it. First, I set the password to 'enable' and i typed in my desired password and then saved it.. then when i went to lock/unlock my phone, it just said 'keypad is locked, press the lock button to unlock' but it never asked me to type in my password :/ I've tried re setting it, turning the phone off, taking the batter out etc. but nothing seems to work.. why is this happening??
