So I connect it to my computer and I try to sync music onto it, but it doesn't update it. The computer says it did but when I go to the music it's still the same shiit that was there before. Also, when I'm done syncing when I go to my media there's this annoying blue bar at the bottom of the screen that says scanning and it never goes away even when it's unplugged. Someone. Help. Me.
