card settings are correct? i placed it in the phone and the phone says "A media card is not presently inserted in the device." the problem is the settings are correct. ....media card support: on.... Encryption Mode: none......... Mass Storage Support
n....... Auto Enable Mass storage mode when connected: Yes..... i also have the desktop manager installed on the computer.. it doesnt read the card either. i followed the steps on how to place it in the phone from the getting started guide that i received when i bought it. so its in correctly
its only a 2 GB card and its the right kind. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated... THANKS!!!
