My blackberry storm 9530 won't charge?

Hi. When i charge my blackberry storm it shows that lightning bolt and it disappears 5 seconds later. I've bought several chargers, and replaced the battery two times and the problem still occurs and now the blackberry is off cause the battery is dead. how can i fix this?
