He needs it back as soon as im done using it, but the problem is is that today my dog crawled onto my desk where is was a knocked it off the desk and onto the floor. the back and the battery flew out and then when i  put the battery back in all it was doing was flashing the red light on the top right hand corner. i went on blackberry support and did one of their intros but it didnt work. My blackberry is now blinking the red light and everytime i click the buttons on the bottm (talk, bby, return, end) and they light up but the screen doesn't.
