My Bluetooth won't work on my Sprint SCP-3200 by Sanyo®.Why?

When someone tries to send me something, it says it's unable!

But it says it's Bluetooth enabled id get it?
 
bluetooth on sanyos are horrible! 1.1 version , meaning u cant send or have anyone send anything 2 u except a card of ur fone number or a contact.
