he's able to log into the account online and read all my text messages...which doesn't really concern me cuz they're nothing bad...but still, i didn't think he could do that...he said if he contacts t-mobile they'll send him the text messages...is that legal? i kinda feel violated...tia

wow your boyfriend has some trust issues.. i don't think you can read others messages though on line ,, even if you requested it... and it is wronk for him to do that.. i know that you can go online and check the calls and see who you send the text to,, but thats about it.but not reading every text messages that sounds kinda ridiculous,, has he actually told you what they were??? maybe he is just telling you that to see your reaction.... n-ways if you can why don't you get your own cellphone with your name?.. that way you wont worry about him reading your stuff .

No he is lying to you.
It is illegal for even the PROVIDER to see the text messages.

In order for this to even come close to happening he would have to get a suppena (sp?) from the court system with valid reason to even get the records.. lengthy process!

he is lying for some reason

o gee...idk....umm i hope verizon can't do that...
well good luck and let me know what happens:
e-mail me from my profile...ok thanks
kisses
