...up. Before or after? We've been together 7 months and I have been thinking about this for a while. So I was just wondering if it would be kinder to breakup with him before or after. If I do it before he can have freedom on the road to hook up if he wants to (which he said he isn't interested in) but if I wait til after I can help him through the lonliness of the road. I don't know which is better. Please help.
 
Why are you evengoing out with the guy if you want to break up with him?

When breaking up a clean break is best in the beginning. If you break up with him before he'll have freedom on the road and time away from you to heal and maybe you would be able to be friends by the time he gets back. The person doing the breakoff shouldn't be the one consoling the other. He would probably adjust better with time away from you.
