My car has been hit and run?

I was waiting for a taxi in my home and when it pulled up we all started getting ready, we saw it turn round then drive off we went out side and it had reversed into the side of my car, i called the taxi firm and they are completely denying it and saying that the taxi isn't here yet. 6 of us in the house witnessed it and so did my next door neighbour.

WHAT CAN I DO?
