My cat fell from the first floor and he seems really hurt, help please?

So my cat was resting on the balcony, my chair fell on the ground, my cat got scared and jumped out of the balcony. I think he's really hurt and I have no cell phone to call my parents or any help. I already brought him home and gave him some milk but I don't know what to do now. Need help please!
