my class 10 memory card is slower in my nokia E6-00 than in memory card

reader do you know why? card speed on mobile
write speed=6-7 MBps
read speed= 11-12 MBps
card speed in card reader
write speed=~11 MBps
read speed= ~17 MBps

can some type of software installed on mobile can fix this like custom firmware?
