my cockatiel is not drinking water. i wanted to know what can i do to make

it drink water?? my cockatiel is 4 months old and i just got him on saturday. his name is bruno!!
 
give it time...he'll come aroound...my budgie still doesnt go near his water cup,.

mine is to i got him on friday he rides my shoulder everywhere and eats alot but doesnt go near his water bowl
