I went to their website and followed their instructions on how to fix the problem up to the final step, which was to replace the drive. I am now sure that both drives used in my computer both work properly, but my computer doesn't use them right. The only thing I've modified about the computer other than replacing the drive is adding a new video card, although that probably doesn't have anything to do with it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
