I downloaded media go as well as the driver from the sony support page for my W395. My phone used to work on my computer meaning: my computer USED TO recognize it but now it doesn't- I've tried checking on "my computer" and no luck b/c it says "please insert disk into removable disk: (J)" .
For those who used Sony Ericsson phones this goes out for you too b/c this apparently happened to many consumers- sony phones not being recognized and many ask yahoo for help yet unfortunately no real solution.
Be really helpful for anyone who uses a W395 or similar model to help me on instructing me how to fix this problem.
Also I operate an HP computer with windows vista if it may help clarify.
