My computer/internet is being lame...help?

Ok, I think my computer has a virus or something...it only lets me go on the internet for ten minutes a time...if I'm watching a video thats longer than ten minutes it will let me finish it...but when its over, a thing pops up saying that there s an error and asks me if I want to send an error report...then it shuts down my window...

It usually interrupts me when I'm doing somwthing important, which is rather troublesome...in fact, this is my second time typing this because it had an error again...

Anyways, I was wondering if someone can tell me how to fix it without having to pay for anything...

IF ALL ELSE FAILS!!!
Download the setup file for whatever browser you use, then uninstall your browser, then reinstall it.

I know your time was limited in asking, but details are rarely excessive.
