Long story, sorry! In September my Mum and Dad took out an 18 month mobile phone contract for me, as I was going to university. Since I've had the [Nokia] phone it randomly turns itself off, which has been getting more frequent, until Saturday, when it turned itself off...for good! I've tried all the 'troubleshooting' suggestions in the manual, such as fully charging, taking out and replacing the battery etc, but still, no joy. The only thing it does when I go to turn it on is dimly light up. We got the phone from www.dialaphone.co.uk, and my network is Orange. Am I right in thinking that the contract is with the 'seller' Dialaphone.co.uk, so this is who I should contact? and this is who should sort it out? What rights do I have? eg. Should they fix it? Should they provide me with a replacement? etc Thankyou very much =)
