My teenage daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and had a double lung transplant not long ago because of her disease. She has been sleeping almost constantly since she's been home because of the all medication and the exhaustion. The doctor inserting a feeding tube that goes into her stomach through the abdomen because she doesn't have the strength to take in enough nutrients orally and we were worried about her losing too much weight. But when she sleeps she will move in her sleep and try to lay on her stomach and it causes the skin around the area of the tube to get irritated, she'll also try to turn over on her stomach while we feed her through the tube which makes the feedings not work. She says doesn't like how it feels and also likes to scratch/itch the area.
do you have any suggestions on how can I make her be more still and stay laying on her back especially during the feedings?

That poor girl is going through hell. Maybe you can let her watch a favorite TV show or a movie to get her mind off the feelings she has.
