everytime i try to start up the laptop ..it'll say loading window files. After you wait for the files to load, it says to either start computer or config it. I pressed both of them and neither works !!! PLEASE HELP ! i tried to restart in safe mode but it keeps taking me back to the loading windows files screen! my warranty has expired ! HELP !
