my dog is "digging" in my bed and the lounge suite as well anyone that has any

answers please help? he is 12 yrs old, nearly blind
his breed is a shiba inu
he is our only pet
he is a indoor pet

My 2 year old pekingese does that every night! It's normal, he's just trying to get comfortable!

Sounds like maybe he is trying to burrow in. Many dogs feel safer in a burrow, especially when they have trouble seeing. Maybe try getting him on of those burrow bags.

He's just trying to make a 'nest' to sleep in. Naturally dogs do this in the wild to get ready for bed. They circle, dig and then lay down. Totally normal.

Ooog! Its annoying right? My puppy does that as well. I think what they are trying to do is shift the blankets/couch to the way its comfy for them.
