Hi. I have a 10 year old pug. He is a sweetie pie, but he just is so reluctant to take a dump.
It's always been a bit of an issue, but is getting worse as he ages. He checks out fine at the vet, but will hold it until he is almost going to burst--then it's huge and painful looking.
He has plenty of water and activity...
Any advice?
