my dog might have aural hematoma, what can be done and what will it cost?

i think he has it because his ear lobe is swollen like on the google pictures for aural hematoma. if he does have this what can be done? and if a vet does it how much could it cost? is there anything i can do at home?

Don't try to do anything at home - it needs to be operated on and properly drained. The dog will prob need an anaesthetic so it may be pricey, but any kind of home operation might lead to infection and your dog may lose it's ear or die. Just bite the bullet and take it to the vet.
